Since Tivoli Waitlist numbers are up, anyone has intel aka remembers how many numbers were assigned in the previous round of waitlist? I was hoping that can help assess if the previous list was exhausted already.
Does anyone know what would be considered a good log number?
Obviously the lower the #, the better it is. For a wait list, as long as you get selected, you could have the last # and they'd still get to you eventually - it may just take decades.
The ML Connect website shows all waiting lists and what # they are up to and when the last one was approved. They're still working on the old lists. For studios they're up to #647 last approved 8/5/2021, but we don't know if their list goes up to 650 or 700 or 1000...or how quickly apartments turn over.
I'm log # 4X for a studio, which is pretty good, but I'd still guess it would be at least a few years.
Just got a letter today from the management agency. I am log # 5x.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long it could take
More importantly, can anyone tell me how living in Tivoli is? I know the area is very nice (esp so close to best park in the city) just wondering about the towers themselves?
Log # 3x, selected for 1 bedroom. Has anyone seen these, what condition is the building/units in? I can’t find any interior unit or building photos online.
