What is the status of Emotional Support Animal (ESA) in New Mexico regarding the law?
A definition of ESA can be find on Wikipedia here:
Emotional support animal - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
More precisely is ESA are legally allowed in rental property even when there is a "No pets" close?
Is it can be different from on county to another in New Mexico?

I thought they had the same federal protection as any other service animal, I know of several children on the autism spectrum who have service animals and there have not been issues in school, etc.

I can tell you that I've worked with a disabilites right group who can probably answer your question or refer you to someone who can.

( Hope moderator allows this )
