I live in NJ, but my favorite place for breakfast is in Cambridge, MA. My favorite breakfast is medium well cooked steak and eggs over easy with rye toast,a Bloody Mary, and an endless cup of coffee. The S&S Restaurant makes the best breakfast in my opinion. I wish this place would relocate to NJ.

Welcome to the S&S Restaurant and Deli located in Inman Square in Cambridge, MA.

There's a truck stop in Columbia, NJ, just prior to crossing into Pa. that, IMO, puts other truck stops to shame. At Christmas, the school kids donate money to the truck stop to pay for the truckers' meals since they can't be home for the holidays. The food and service are great also.

NJ also has the best 24 hour diners. I always thought every state had diners, but to come to find out it is a Jersey thing.

I was watching Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on the Food Channel and they said NJ has the most diners in the state compared to the other states.

Here are some of Our Local Breakfast Places-This sounds like Breakfast.

Pancake Pantry : Menus

Loveless Cafe

The second has the best Bisquits , and the chance to run into a country star, as its one of their choices. I have!

And, for the record, there ought to be a way to have the word, "grits" stricken from any threads on Jersey breakfasts. It's jarringly incongruous, lol...
sorry I'll keep the grits comments to a minimum....................except to say they taste like wet newspaper. Give me processed pork anyday!
