God, help us all.

Many thought Newark Mayor Ras Baraka would run for governor. Few thought he would announce it — apparently — in the middle of a speech Monday at an event in Trenton.

Baraka, the highly successful leader of Newark who has shown all of the qualities needed to be a chief executive, apparently did just that.

“You, too, can stand here at the Trenton War Memorial and say, ‘I want to be the governor of New Jersey,’” a video of the event shows.

Remember this is the guy who invited the country of Kailasa into Newark. Representatives for the country of Kailasa came to City Hall up and they made cultural agreements with the country. Additionally, Newark was declared itself a "Sister City" with Kailasa and their were awards and an entire photoshoot with the ceremony, in which media was invited to attend.

Well it turned out the Mayor was scammed, and Kailasa isn't even a country. I would love to see him run though, we certainly need a Republican Governor.

If Spartacus could be elected senator, RB has a great chance of becoming Gov. Hope he takes his 700 pound statue with him to Trenton.

Only on NJ could the least qualified get elected. Newark, Trenton, and Camden cancel the rest of the pathetically run state.

4 Years of RB could be the tipping point for fleeced taxpayers to leave enmass, as terrorists and IAs flood the state, supported by the dwindling tax base. RB, along with Murphy, and other mayors and govs of declared sanctuary states and cities, will be responsible for the next 911 attack. They spit in the face of 911 families with declared sanctuary status. 911 commission found lack of communication among inter agency LE was a contributing factor. Locals can;t cooperate with feds in sanctuary cities and states.

The polling places are littered with wool, post election, as the sheep go to vote.

West Virginia, with money, is amazing.

West Virginia without money is no different than NJ without money.
