This was my assumption as we can sometimes hear booms all the way up in Marlboro. We also get the occasional very loud military helicopter.

But, speaking with someone who has lived in a new development in New Egypt for about 3 years about this, they indicated that it wasn’t really an issue so far.

Years ago it used to be slightly rednecky, but not anymore. It's actually a nice quiet area (exceptt for the booms from Ft Dix). And Laurita is a lovely place, i've gone there for a few events.
