Every house still sells in like 2 seconds…. An uninhabitable knock down on .5 acres just went for 1.9 cash to a family - not a developer.

I think there is a good 10-15 year run left.
It shouldn't bother anyone. It's a great place to live and grow up. During the pandemic with the out flux from the cities many older residents made great money selling their homes and retiring or moving down the shore.

Thanks to woke policies in NYC, Asians are usually conservative in value but vote for democrats for all of the wrong reasons.

My wife is Asian and here is what she tells me - Asians value intelligence and education above all else and really they just look at all the ineffective republican dolts running for office and are turned off by it and don’t want that role model for their children. They may not agree with all dem policies but your average dem politician isn’t an uneducated idiot.

Anyhow this has nothing to do with Millburn / SH which is still a great and desirable place to live !!

Yeah, they should only vote for Wharton grads or the equivalent, not people who went to low-ranked law schools.
