I am currently moving from ELP Texas to JB MDL for work and was looking for anyone who might know a great Realtor who is honest, forthright and also candid. I was caught off guard by how high the state income tax is as well as rental properties compared to Texas.

Does anyone have some recommendations about moving across the state line into PA for income tax reason and other costs? It appears that the commute might b e a bit much on the map however anyone with first had experience and would like to share your suggestions I am open to hearing them. Thank you for your time and information.

BTW also looking for a great nondenominational church for a christian?

It's not so much the distance, but choke points. The Burlington-Bristol Bridge can get pretty backed up. Entry to (and escape from) base can take a while, too, but I guess you're used to that.

I've warned people away, but there's one apartment complex in Pemberton full of military. I'm not sure where it is. A few years ago I met a guy stationed at McGuire who'd moved there. He said the prices weren't bad for the area. It's never going to be cheap because they know your housing allowance and how much you earn.

near Mcquire-Dix-Lakehurst Joint Base there are quite a few places that might interest you..
Chesterfield, the lovely old Historic town of Crosswicks..Cranbury is beautiful old town, but pricey..
.Hightstown is a great old central Jersey town with the Peddie School..I lived directly across the street from it.
Allentown is a funky cool twin with great restaurants and shops..there is New Egypt too..not great , but close..all f these tiwns are nere minutes away from the base(s)
