I have family that lives near conway, I am thinking of moving near there. but property is so high. and I am afraid that it will be in for a fall If I buy in now. any ideas?
If you think Conway is too expensive, then the area is probably not the one for you. You may need to stay more inland where property can be bought for a little less. The further towards the coast you go, the higher the real estate is going to be. Maybe you can try Aynor or Loris? Not far from Conway but a bit less expensive.
Conway real estate is a far cry less than areas in and around the beach.
Conway is more rural, in a sense, and there are more long time residents there than in the beachside communities.
Remember, in real estate, it's location, location, location.. There is no more land being made.. and it won't get any cheaper... according to long term historical data...
Do your homework and good luck!
