Unless I misunderstood your question, almost any agency should be able to do that in Socastee. Flood insurance is actually a FEMA program, but all major carriers are authorized to write policies. Some carriers have elected not to offer wind/hail directly along the coast, but I'm surprised if it is not available as a standard part of homeowners insurance in your area. Have you contacted a State Farm or Nationwide agent?

Contact Puckett, Sheetz and Hogan, Waccamaw Insurance or Associated Insurers.. You can source their numbers online or in the Yellow Pages. any of them should be able to help you out. You could also try Field Insurance. I've heard good things about them in the past...

The flood will be a FEMA program, as PD said, but any of them can assist with that. You may not be in a flood zone, but it still can't hurt to carry it...especially in certain areas of Socastee..

Try South Carolina Farm Bureau on 501 in Conway. I have used farm bureau in another state and was very pleased with their service and price. I got the best deal with them when I shopped around a couple of years ago. The wind and hail and flood will be the same price with whoever you choose as their price is set by fema for flood and the state of SC for the wind and hail.
