Yes I am back again with yet another question. Is it possible to find an annual oceanfront (Yearly not snowbird) rental (2 bedroom) for under $1000 in myrtle beach or surrounding area (would love to be in Cherry Grove). I have seen a lot of monthly winter rentals, some as low as 600, but very few yearly. To any realtors (or anyone else who may know the answer) out there, is this like finding a needle in a haystack?
