Scroll midway down: City of Myrtle Beach - Recreation (http://www.cityofmyrtlebeach.com/recreation/peppergeddings/programs.html - broken link)

Co-ed but here's something in NMB: City of North Myrtle Beach, SC

This might be something or someone that can help: MySpace.com - Myrtle Beach Sport and Social Club - 37 - Male - MYRTLE BEACH, South Carolina - www.myspace.com/mbsportandsocialclub

Have you had any luck finding a co-ed or women's volleyball league? I went online to see if I could find one - or just a time that someplace has "open" games - your post was the only thing that came up...
I can't believe there's no leagues or something on the beach!? I moved down here from Vermont last year & am just finally getting around to looking for one. Let me know if you've found anything. All I saw was an indoor facility, but I'm really looking for something outside.

Check out Myrtle Beach Volleyball - Home for more information on some co-ed open play. Early August we'll be adding a new venue in NMB too. There's Sand and Indoor play going on 3 days a week right now.

Everyone here, I've got some places for you to come play.

Monday: 5:30-8:15 PM Indoor at the Bryan Floyd Recreation Center. No fee. Bryan Floyd Recreation Center - Google Maps

Wednesday: 6-10 PM Indoor at the North Myrtle Beach Aquatics & Fitness Center. $7 North Myrtle Beach Aquatics & Fitness Center - Google Maps

Thursday: Indoor at Brian Floyd Rec Center again.
Outdoor (sand) at Myrtle Beach High School, by the tennis courts. Free. 3300 Robert Grissom Pkwy, Myrtle Beach, SC‎ - Google Maps

Some of us are trying to get out to the high school a little more often. Send me a direct message and we can talk about getting more games, and possibly a league. Venues are willing to host a league if we can get all the people rounded up to play.

-Eddie

I know this message thread is a bit old, but was hoping to find out if the outdoor play (that I interpreted was sort of pick-up style) was still going on at the HS or elsewhere on Thursdays or any other time? My husband and I are going to be in town from Ohio in about a week and, we were hoping to find at least one evening to play since we'll be missing a week's worth of sand league games at home! We play for fun at basically B level but can eek up to BB (maybe A for my husband) on really good days - you know, when the aches and pains of previous injuries and our age (we are no longer in our 20's...have to keep reminding ourselves of that) are kept at bay!
