What is Most Luxurious Condo in North Myrtle Beach? (for rent, condos)

I am looking for a 3 bedroom condo for one week on July. I have 4 kids (8 - 17). What is the best condos in NMB? We want many pools and clean rooms. Money isn't the main priority.

Please offer suggestions.

Avista is ocean front - relatively new.

Baywatch is also pretty nice from what I've heard.

The new Bahama Sands is supposed to be pretty nice also.

You might want to try Prince Resorts or the Fairfield as well. They are both only a couple years old. Fairfield also has cottages for rent which are pretty neat.
