I see that Del Webb is planning a development on Possum Trot Road, NMB. There is a golf course there and very little open land. Are they building on the golf course?

I looked at Del Webb at Grande Dunes, and prices are out of sight. Even the attached villas are close to $400K. I am willing to wait to see if material prices fall a bit.

Annexation approval was done fall of 2020: https://www.myhorrynews.com/news/loc...7be6d11fc.html

I have not been in that area for awhile but my guess is that they are pretty close to completing the infrastructure and starting to build houses. https://www.delwebb.com/homes/south-...e-beach-210691

PossumTrot was closed several years ago probably for this very reason.
