Hi. I'm a recent retiree looking to relocate to the area. I was in MI in April for a week, but didn't have a chance to check out The Bays and Linksbrook while I was there. Can anyone give some insight into the lifestyle/amenities in these devlopments? My golf widow is afraid of being stuck in a place without a social life, and/or decent amenities like an exercise room and pool. She's also concerned that the community pool might be overrun with kids, making it hard to do laps, etc. Thanks for any info you can provide.

I don't know much about either community, but Linksbrook seems to have nice amenities: https://www.linksbrookpoa.com/page/2...5243/amenities

The Bays looks nice as well and is a 55+ community which would limit the number of kids at the pool:

Here's a pretty cool video of The Bays: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlAC0ZsospM

The Bays is not a 55+ community. It is near Seasons, which is a 55+ community. The Bays is made up of 7 different communities.
