What all is taxed in SC (Horry County) (Aynor: buying, new construction)

I'm looking for a little clarification on the personal property taxes. We are buying a new construction in Aynor, relocating from PA. Yeah - no more snow.

There are no personal property taxes in PA.

I understand Horry county taxes cars, trucks, boats, the motors on the boat.

What about my other stuff? It's all personal use.

Kayaks/Canoe
Log Splitter
Honda Pioneer SXS

Just wondering where the tax man stops and if it's worth taking south with me.

If you are a RESIDENT, you won't be taxed as much as if you are at "part-time" resident or owner who rents their property. If you don't NEED it....sell it, and move lightly!
