So what's the outcome of the lease agreement? Will they still be there in five years?

We have friends who live in Lakewood who have been told to plan to move in 5 years by the management. It doesn't look positive for the folks who live in the areas leased from MB. Neither of the camping areas are entirely owned by MB...just portions so the parts not owned by MB will probably still be there but not the leased areas.

I ask because I am considering buying a property in Lakewood in that zone on Lakewood Cir. Was planning to live there 6-12 months until we buy/build a house. At that point we'd either sell it or rent it, but if I can't do either then I'll go to Oceanside Village instead
