What is it like living between the 17's? Is it cheap or e expensive? Is it chromatic and noisy? Great deals or not worth it?

17 Business/Kings Highway and 17 Bypass?

It depends on the neighborhood.

Deals? It depends.

Ok since I dont know the neighborhoods let's start out in generalizations. Which is better, north or south of 1st ave? Or does it again depend on the neighborhoods?

Let's say between Pine Lakes golf and 76th ave? Good? Bad? Ugly? So rich that I dont be long there?

Either of the extreme ends would be better.I'm way more familiar about the area north around Grande Dunes.Very nice but don't expect bargains.Lots of newer construction, but I am not a property owner, just my impressions as a frequent visitor.
