Hi all, my husband and I are thinking bout selling our duplex in Conway. We live out of state and it is just becoming a hassle to be an out of state landlord. We use a management company; but it is still a pain. We bought in 2007 for $199K. I would love for Coast Carolina University to buy the property for dorms...does anyone know of any developers who are looking for land/property in that area? I would sell if I could break even on the cost. Thank you.

One-Story Duplex
Beds6
Baths4
Sq. Ft.2,416
Lot Size 7,841 Sq. Ft.
Style Multi-Family
Year Built/Renovated 2000
County Horry County

I do not, I would try calling the school because they probably have someone who handles housing there. If not I would suggest a top agent, its too hard to worry about from states away. Best of luck

How much are you asking and what is the average monthly or yearly rental income?

Does it stay rented and do you have leases or rent month to month?

Is it in good condition and not going to be needing any major repairs such as a roof, AC unit, etc. in the immediate future?

You mention that it's a duplex, is it two 3 bedroom/2 bathroom units?

Just curious, I doubt if we would be interested as we are also out of state, but until recently we owned rental property for several years where we live and own a condo in MB.
