Anyone have any information on the Salters Cove community?
Looking to retire to SC in the future and was looking into this community plus Caropines, Mallard Landing and Woodland Village and the Murrells Inlet area.
Its very close to the beach, walking distance. There are an assortment of smaller homes, very close together with an HOA. Its nice enough, not fancy. Does have a pool and I think maybe tennis ( could be wrong on that)
Wouldn't personally do Caropines, older kind of run down. Woodland Village is over 55 I think, never been in it. Love this area but you really need to come down and spend some time looking everything over. Don't make the mistake of not checking the area because it varies widely. Plus whats good for you, wont work for me and visa versa
Thanks for your comments, we have been down twice over the past summer plus we won't be moving for at least four years so we'll be down more times to check everything out thank you
