Does anyone have any information on Carillon at Tuscany? Friends of ours are considering looking for a home there. Recommendations for any other 55+ communities with amenities would also be appreciated. Thanks.
no info but will be a mad house of traffic at that locale in the summer.. If were me I wouldnt spend 300k plus in a nightmare area.. But what ever floats your boat.
There are very few 55 and over communities in myrtle..
I would advise going to north myrtle close to 22 if you can..
Bridgewater is a new development up there. not 55 and over though..
Thanks. I’m in Carolina Forest & they don’t want to be too far away. Not sure if they’d like North Myrtle & 55+ is a must, but I’m trying to convince them they can get lots of nice amenities in a non-55+

Personally, I wouldn't go there, traffic, not that nice of an area ( in my opinion ). I would rather be in Prince Creek in Murrells Inlet area and their are over 55 neighborhoods there. But again, its all in what you want

It didn’t look that great of an area to me either, but it fits their bill. I have an appointment near there this week & will do a drive by. I think they’re going to have to rethink some of their requirements.
