Mary and I will be in Myrtle Beach in about 4 weeks and have pretty much decided on looking mainly
at 55+ communities to retire to. There seems to be a bunch of them down there but we are in the
dark about these subdivisions and which ones cater to short term renters (tourists) and which ones don't.
I've heard a lot about Captain's Cove and it's amenities and until recently thought that it was one of those
areas that filled up with tourists during the season. Now I'm finding that most folks live there full time and
it's pretty quiet for the most part.
Also, reviews from anyone who lives there would be appreciated.
Thanks for any help leading us in the right direction.

Regards,
Len
