Regular chair with small attached canopy allowed on beach? (Myrtle Beach: permit, restrictions)

My wife and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for years and never brought much of anything for shade. Last year was the first time we brought a little pop-up canopy and found out the hard way they are not allowed on the beach. This year to avoid the same fate I am researching my options. I haven't seen anything related to the issues of regular chairs that have the little canopy on top. Has anyone had problems bringing these to the beach? See link below.

Those should be fine. Really the only things that aren't permitted are the tents. There are some restrictions on the size of the umbrellas that are allowed. You can read about it here:
