My husband and I are looking into retiring to Surfside Beach/Murrell's Inlet in May, 2017 after he retires from the Air Force. We have checked out Surfside Beach Club homes in Surfside Beach and Champion's Village and Wilderness Pointe in Murrell's Inlet. I wanted to be closer to the beach. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Also, any information on any of the above 3 developments/communities that I have mentioned above. Thanks.
We live in Surfside Beach club and its right down the road from the beach. By car its a straight shot down Glenns Bay Rd about 5 minutes door to door. Of course traffic in summer could make it possibly 7 but that's it.
There are no other subdivisions closer that Im aware of. You can buy a home without an HOA east of 17 .
If you need any info, I would be happy to assist.
