Any strategies/suggestions on

1. To get paper coupons and online coupons?
2. To check which grocery store (before visiting grocery) has what items on sale?
3. To find a store that doubles coupons

BTW I do not subscribe to any news paper? Is it advisable to subscribe to newspaper just to get coupons.

I have Costco membership and regularly buy toilet paper, oats, cleaning/laundry liquids, soaps, body lotion, shampoo, cookies, tooth paste, tooth brush, coffee, regular 2% milk there...

I don't find Almond milk I like or Organic milk with omega 3 in Costco and also I dont see buying bread, vegetables or fruit feasible in Costco.

Down in the 'economics' forum there is a frugal living section that covers a lot of these questions and also a 'shopping and consumer products' forum that has coupon offers etc. - in case you didnt know of 'em. Since most of yer stores mentioned are not 'locals', these forums are of use.

I buy everything you mentioned at Costco and to me it always seems to be the better deal. They do sell Almond milk but you have to buy 3 containers. The expiration is very long though so it doesnt go bad but you can also freeze it. The perishable stuff is bulk but it's still a better deal, I just give a little to neighbors so it doesnt get wasted. Or cook, then freeze veg. if too many in a pack. Costco is also a very good company in many ways plus their products are good quality.

I am wondering which grocery stores/shops around Myrtle Beach-Conway area carry nice selection of fruits, vegetables and produce at economical prices be it through regular store discounts, rewarding points, coupons etc.,

I see that Walmart's prices are expensive as does Kroger (based on few times I shopped with - inspite of the free membership rewards) and serving size from Costco is huge which I end up not using it effectively.

Are there any discount grocery/Asian supermarkets/farmer market that you have luck with

I haven't found any, thats why I shop at Costco and freeze what I can't use right away. Walmart prices are less than the other stores, thats why there are so many and they kill almost every other business. They are not high quality and I don't shop there. Farmers markets and Asian markets have been discussed on here so if you go to "search" on the CD tool bar, you can find them and maybe get some answers.
