My husband and I almost went to Prestons once but we picked somewhere else to go that time and now i'm glad that we did. I had heard good things about it, but I guess things have changed. I have no clue what TJ Edwards is, that is one I've yet to hear of.
I'm guessing it is J.Edwards. Yes, Ed Flemming retired and closed his restaurant.
Trivia, Ed Flemming was also the money behind Scott Harrelson opening Thoroughbreds twenty years ago.
Ed Flemming died in Sept. I think that was why the restaurant closed, although he may have retired right before he died. Regardless, it was a great restaurant and he was one of the friendliest restaurant owners I've ever met.

I did not know that! Thanks for sharing! He was one of Myrtle Beach's pioneers.

He was just wonderful, I agree. Such a loss.
