I noticed it right away, because I am the typical spelling and grammar police. But I also realize that people are in a hurry sometimes and don't always proof their posts. Also, it seems as if every time I point out the mistakes of others, I end up making one of my own.

And, FWIW, if anyone bothered to read all the posts in this thread, they would realize that Robert is the parent of these college age kids......

He also said, "yea both my kids are in there early 20s so age is no problem" But so WHAT?

Robert, hope you and your kids have (or had) a great trip!

I hope they have fun, but please remind them that people live here and have jobs. I live on Ocean Blvd in the middle of vacation rentals. Last spring break, both sides of the duplex across the street were occupied by a screaming hoard of maniacs, some of them definitely under 21. Turns out both bunches of kids were related to the owners. Had to call the cops 5x from Sunday night to Tuesday night. At 3 AM they were all lined up on the balcony shouting "WAKE UP WAKE UP". Throwing up everywhere, yelling and screaming. I'm gonna take just so much of that crap. The next day I called the rental agents and the house was empty that evening. There is NOTHING worse than spring break!!!

Everything in Broadway at the beach is decent, but don't go to club 2001 like the other person said. Sketchy. and I go to molly darcy's down in north myrtle if I have to but everyone goes to broadway.

I'm also 22 so I know the area well haha.

I'll second or third Broadway. There are several different places with different music. One bar is comedy with dueling pianos. There's another with video games and a band. Couple dance clubs and Hard Rock has bands. They are all within waking distance so its easy to bar hop. A lot of time they have bands playing outside as well.

If they are looking for more like rock punk or more hard core, can check The Sound Hole.

The Boathouse was mentioned, Thats a fun place with decent bar food.

If theyre into rock, hard rock, blues then Suck, Bang Blow might be of interest.
