Ok we own property in Prince Creek we were/are planning to build on, but we have found an already built home we love in Woodland Plantation, and the price is much better...my worries are the scenery you have to drive thru to get there compared to Price Creek....any suggetions ? Any thoughts , I need help from people that live in the areas, as I live out of state.
