Hello,

What is a nice lake community about 2 hours away from North Myrtle Beach?

I would absolutely check out Hampton Lake in Hilton Head. I just got back from there this weekend and it was unbelievable. If you would like the name of someone to call there please let me know. PM me your information and I will get everything over to you. It was truly breathtaking.

White Lake, North Carolina.

Lovely little quite spot. It's on the other side of Whiteville, NC.
We love the place and visit quite often in the summers.

Lake Marion and Lake Moultrie are both about 2 hours from NMB. Tons of lake property there. When you say "community," I'm not sure if you mean a housing development, a crossroads, a small town, etc.

Moncks Corner and Pinopolis are on Moultrie. Santee, Eutawville, and Summerton are on/near Marion.

Lake Waccamaw is about 45 mins. to North Myrtle Beach, 30 mins. to Wilmington, near Whiteville NC.
It is beautiful, but not much development at all. Not a lot of property actually on the lake for sale, and it is pricey.
If you do not have to be on the lake, you can get a pretty good deal.
