We have decided to make the move to the Murrells Inlet area! We will be getting our house ready to put on the market in the next couple of months. I am in the medical field so I will be sending resumes out during this time. We don't want to buy yet. Just want to rent. We want a neighborhood with LOTS of kids! I have heard the St James schools are good. Def. want to be where there are good schools. Any info on neighborhoods would be great. Prefer house or townhome, aprox $900. Can't spend much more than that. Thanks everyone!!!!

I cannot recommend our development, Park West. Few kids and the ones I see seem bored poop-less because other then the pool, there is really nothing for them to do.

I have friends that having been living in the Silver Fox Development for a number of years now-tons of kids around there. We looked into the Carolina Forest area-but felt it was a bit over built for our tastes. The only way to get to know about the area-rent first! Don't buy right off the bat-that way if you find the area isn't what you were expecting-you can try another. Or go without a realtor-ask questions to people who live there now-ask them if they'd buy there again.
