Hello,

I am new to the forums and need some help. I recently retired and want to move to Murrells Inlet. Need a 2 br condo that allows pets. Would also like a 55+ condo.

I found some condos on line at Sweetwater and wonder if anyone can give me info about them.

I would like to know the maintenance fees. Are the units quiet or do they need to have insulation blown in to soundproof? What is the rental policy? Also, do they allow small dogs?

Any info would be great appreciated.

if you go to realtor.com put in the area and then look for a realtor to call about the property, they could tell yoiu the condo fees taxes etc

Do you want to purchase one or rent one?

If you purchase and they have pet restrictions, don't buy. That means the HOA is horrible.

I don't think you'll have a problem with transient rentals because it is too far from the beach for vacation rentals.
