I've been down here since the first of October and due to family circumstances, I'm going to be here quite a few more weeks.

I am looking for a great colorist/hair stylist in the area. Seems that darn gray hair keeps coming back and I am WAY overdue for a 'touch-up'. I don't want to wait to go home to my regular stylist in December - I am already looking like a skunk with all the gray coming through.

I am open to suggestions and recommendations for a great colorist in the Myrtle Beach area. I'm at Surfside/Garden City area but don't mind a drive to find 'The' hair stylist/colorist that I will like.

Thanks in advance for any help! I don't want to look like a skunk when I drive down to Charleston, SC for Thanksgiving!

I love Dolce Lusso at the Market Common. It's an Aveda salon and you really can't go wrong with any of the stylists, but my favorite is "Sarah" for what that's worth...

You won't be disappointed. I have relatives who travel from NJ for him to do their cut/color/etc. He's also done my hair for about 15 years.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out for you..

Cynthia Tyner at the Cutting Point in Surfside. I moved here almost 7 yrs. ago and it took me over 3 yrs. to find someone that I really liked to cut and color my hair like my stylist in Atlanta. Very reasonable and I've never been unhappy plus a lot of people have asked me where I get my hair done and I point them to Cynthia!
