One of the areas we are looking at is Quail Marsh or surroundind area. How is the walk/bike to the beach? Is this primarily rental area or owner occupied? any issues with crime?
also do they allow pets?
Thanks for any input

Quail Marsh has a large population of Illegal aliens living there, if you don't mind that, you wont mind Quail Marsh. Personally there are some better places in that same area where you don't have to worry about Mexicans stealing anything you leave outside!
Quail Marsh is not an area I could recommend. While it's location is good, relative to Broadway at the Beach, the Ocean, shopping, etc, it is strictly a rental area and is highly populated by Hispanics. I am personally aware that the MBPD responds to numerous calls in Quail Marsh and the immediate area.
You may want to check out Carriage Row, I have a friend that lives there and is very pleased! They have a swimming pool etc and he has no complaints! Most of his neighbors are jewish and are very nice and quiet! Gold Crown Management, Inc. I would also check out some of the condo listings that are in foreclosure, you can find some real deals!

Funny, wasn't it you who just knocked someone else for digging through old posts?
I was present... but I'm also not representing anyone, soliciting for business, trolling for clients, nor any of the like, so steering (as it's called) does not apply. Anything else you'd like to bash on me about?
An opinion was asked for, and my opinion was given. Period. The end.

No I didn't say a word to anyone about digging through post...wrong person....besides this isn't a old post it was still on the front page.
Actually that is not the way the law reads ...surely you know that....and when you are a Realtor this is one of the most irresponsible things you can say....you aren't EVER suppose to give an opinion...EVER. Even if you saw them robbing the place blind five minutes before ,you direct them where to find the info...
"it is strictly a rental area and is highly populated by Hispanics"
Ever heard of fair housing? Even breathing a statement like this will get your license stripped and you fined.
And before you "try" to throw this off as I wasn't representing anyone which any Realtor knows is not a defense....
I could see you salivating to respond as I hit send....
Hook. Line. Sinker.
You now remind me of the poster on the Sun News comment sections by the user name of prefab... Wow.
