Dylan has several with the same form:

Positively Fourth Street
Absolutely Sweet Marie
Obviously Five Believers
Most Likely You'll Go Your Way and I'll Go Mine
Queen Jane Approximately

The adverb is never sung in any of these! (I'm fairly sure)

Here's one that's a technicality: "Mary Jane's Last Dance" by Tom Petty.

Along that same vein, would White Rabbit count? I mean, the song does make one mention of rabbits, but never a *white* rabbit (of course, it's implied...)

Baba O’Riley by The Who.

A lot of people think the name of the song is Teenage Wasteland but that’s just part of the chorus.

A Lubbock area winery released a malbec rosé with that name. Looking out at the vineyard, it's easy to see the "wasteland" part... the young winemaker did it as part of an FFA project... and won awards as well.

A couple of songs from Rush:

Natural Science ("Science" is mentioned, but not "natural")

Entre Nous. One COULD argue that the title IS part of the lyrics, the refrains start with "Just between us", which is "entre nous" in French. But the actual title isn't in the English song.

Jamaica Farewell by Irving Burgie. I just got finished reading a discussion of the non-inclusion of the song title in Day-O!!! The Autobiography of Irving Burgie by Irving Burgie, which I finished reading minutes ago.
