One of the great lost voices, Maria McKee...you might wanna check her out! (ballads, song)

She was marketed by the guys in the suits(record companies) as the next Stevie Nicks, per her somewhat similar vocal sound/style, and her penchant for songwriting(ballads)....

She basically fell off the table per the music world, and never DID catch on(late 80's)..but WHAT a voice!.....I would say she compares with Linda Ronstadt as well...call her a ronstadt/nicks hybrid...
