Like the other poster said, the scene wasn't cut from the movie. It says right there in the headline it was only cut from marketing material. It's still in the movie itself.
This happens quite a bit after a big tragic event. The upcoming Gangster Squad had it's release delayed and a scene of a movie theater shooting cut after the theater shooting in Colorado this summer. The first Spider-man movie had it's entire ending reshot after 9/11 because the original ending took place on top of the World Trade Center. The teaser trailer showing a giant spider web between the twin towers was also pulled after 9/11. The Last Castle had it's original poster showing an upside down American flag, the international symbol for distress, removed and changed after 9/11.

You just cut and pasted a portion of a complete statement, changing the statement's message entirely. I guess you just screwed up titling your message accurately.
