The owners of Lakeview Resort near Morgantown are investing $3.5 million in upgrading their presentation for the beautiful complex located by Cheat Lake.
As someone who has worked there, it needs about another $15 million to really renovate everything. This renovation has been going on for the past 3 years
The group that owns Lakeview, GF Management, tries to get by as cheaply as possible. It's a horribly run resort
Off topic from the original post but CT posted so many different updates about Morgantown, I miss seeing him on the city data forum!
