11 million square feet at full build out! Incredible... Dear ALDOT, we're going to need you to add two lanes to I-10 in each direction (without a toll, just pretend we're Birmingham)

If there is 5,000 sq ft per employee, we would be looking at 2,200 new jobs at full build-out.

Walmart's nearby distribution center is roughly 4,500 sq ft per employee. That metric applied here would translate to 2,450 new jobs at full build-out.

Amazon's nearby sortation center is roughly 1,000 sq ft per employee. That metric applied here would translate to 11,000 (!) new jobs at full build-out.

Wow !! That's crazy !!! We needed an additional lane or two before this. I-10 traffic will pick up an additional 30k a week with the airport and this massive park in the next few months.

So it appears they weren't joking when they said they are gonna building as quickly as possible

It doesn't explicitly say but its a 6 mill square space industrial warehousing project in theodore, so I'm gonna assume that's our lil park. Within just 2 days they already have conceptual contracts up and ready

You're right... they are moving quick. I thought I heard they wanted to "break ground" in June.
