Me and my family were on our way to Oklahoma when we decided to stop in mobile alabama. We found a nice home for 700.00 a month but it's in midtown area off of dauphin and Florida state. The.neighborhood seems nice but we don't know. Can anyone tell us how bad the area is?

It is a nice area, maybe look a little more around Midtown as it has a lot to offer. Overall midtown is a great place to live and is more friendly to families. A lot of charm and southern culture in midtown Mobile. For 700 that is about as good as it gets considering you have a family.
