I grew up in a neo-Christian cult and have recently made the decision to leave. Unfortunately, glowing up we were discouraged from going to college and from joining sports and other activities that could make us susceptible to worldly influence. I want to ask on here, where do normal people go and find like minded partners (women in my case) in Minneapolis/St Paul? It might be as easy as learning to join activities after work and frequenting different restaurants and bars. I’m not ugly and I do have a good job but it’s really a whole new reality once you muster up the courage to leave high control groups. Thanks. Peace.
