We’ll be moving to Mankato soon and not having much luck searching online for nice/newer rentals in the Mankato/New ulm area. Where is the best place to search for rental properties online?

I did find some. Most were apartments or older homes. I’m looking for a newer single family home. Not sure I want to buy yet because I’m not all that committed to living in Minnesota long term (no more than 2 years).

I would check with some local realtors....just google some and cold call them.

The fact that Mankato is a college town will present challenges finding available rentals: both single family homes and apartments. There are a fair amount of places which will rent to you for nine-months
