Fear not - Rust damage like you're expecting is from Salt. Typically too cold for us to use Salt, usually Sand for the most part.

I have not read that. I read they use salt and brine, a mixture of salt and water too.

Default Rental property smoking policies

Does anyone know anything about rental properties owned by corporations in Mankato allowing smoking on patios or balconies?

La Crosse and Winona offer the most natural beauty, and both are college towns, but I would choose Rochester. Is more progressive, is growing, and has a ton of well paying jobs driven by Mayo that keeps the city thriving. All the other cities have a more run down industrial feel to them

Around Rochester all I see them putting down is salt and sand. Its something to see when they are expecting the first big snow. Very organized operation. New cars have sealant and wash the car once or twice a month and you are golden.

P.S. An automatic car was does not wash off 5 inches of snow from the roof of your car. But it will turn it icy and if you are going down a hill and slam on your breaks it will all slide off. Lots of fun.

Hello! I'm in Colorado and looking to move to Minnesota, maybe Mankato, but probably to Rochester because of Mayo. I would like to find an area with Seniors. Maybe a HUD Senior Low Income Apartments. Any insight will be appreciated.
