Should be able to find listings in DL area. Check Craigslist Fargo area looking for DL. A straight out search should also be done, they're out there - just have to look.

I was looking in greater detail at Fergus Falls recently, do you know the town fairly well? A good job opportunity came up there, and not too familiar with that region of the state. I'm more familiar with NE Minnesota, and northern Wisconsin. I do see that Fergus Falls is on the eastern edge of the Prairies, but near a much larger lakes region, and does receive more outsiders which has to make it one of the better off rural counties economically compared to a number of others.
