I think a personal photo the receiver likes and have it custom cut into a jigsaw puzzle would be cool. If they like to do jigsaw puzzles that is.

Another great idea for gift would be a Lake Superior Calendar, or a Lake Superior Agate, or Birch Bark container or basket.

If you think on spending a bit more money then a really nice tote type bag or back pack or case type shoulder bag from the
Duluth Pack would be perfect.

If you know they are into being outside in all weather and stuff like that or hunting and stuff a gift card from Gander Mountain would be nice or a nice pair of heavy socks or warm all around gloves suitable for working outside.

A couple nice flannel shirts is always a good gift if you know they like to hunt or be warm in cooler fall days, or if they enjoy birding than a new pair of binocs would be nice, or a good field book of birds common to Minnesota.
