My hold time ended at 2.5 hours. Not bad.

1st password reset didn't work. Employee: "yea, we had a lot of problems with that last week or two. Try removing your browser history. Your old password is still being learned." HUH????????????????????????????? Well it worked. Glitch, glitch, and more glitches. More heads should roll on the software side. They are inept too.

Now onto trying to enter data. This should be loads of fun.

Just don't get the insurance. Why bother? What's going to happen is that people who are unhealthy and poor will sign up, while those of us who are healthy with money just won't participate. The system will crash. Yay! Problem solved.

Minnesota Legislative Auditor Jim Nobles has announced that an investigation of MNSure is his top priority for 2014.

MN Legislative Auditor: 'MNsure Needs Top-to-Bottom Audit' | KSTP TV - Minneapolis and St. Paul

Mr. Nobles is highly respected by both sides of the aisle in the legislature and his finding should carry significant weight.

"I don't know that I've worked with anyone at the Capitol who is as thoughtful, measured and objective as Jim," (Legislative Audit) commission chairman Sen. Roger Reinert, DFL-Duluth, said.

Good luck getting insurance through the MNSure system. I signed up Nov. 23rd and still don't know if I'm covered. Have attempted to contact, left phone messages to a supposed manager, e-mails and no one responds. I'm pretty disgusted with the whole thing.
