Now all we need to do is understand the Left lane is the Passing lane and How to properly merge onto a Freeway and we will be perfect

What has a law about cell phone use have to do with real-world driving? And no "speed kills" propaganda in the rankings?

It's hard to have a fatal crash when nobody drives faster than 25 MPH.

Sadly, some people do not get it that the left lane is for passers and fast drivers.

I remember Minnesotans hate it when drivers slow down too much when merging into the freeways from the exit ramps.

I have lived in both Little Rock, AR and Orlando, FL so I'm not surprised with their grades. Drivers there were totally uneducated and they loved switching lanes and pulling in front of you all the time.

The left lane is a passing lane as long as freeway designers don't install exits on the left side.

these lists are somewhat like lists of the 100 best rock songs... highly subjective and dependent on personal tastes, or in this case, physical location and the amount of time actually spend driving in the heart of these cities and driving ability. I wouldn't use them as a reason to not move to somewhere like Billings, MT.

Yep! The exit from Hwy. 94 to my home in the Daytons Bluff area of St. Paul is a left exit. I regularly annoy the drivers behind me when I stay in the left lane so I can get home.
