Better call QAnon quick! All of the above incidents deserve a lengthy story. 15 people died from Covid last week in Minnesota and each person did not receive a featured story. Must be the deep state and press hiding the deaths!
Are you saying things are better today then they were in 2019 crime-wise? I understand crime exists in cities, always has. But please tell me the last time someone fired 155 rounds at a group of bar folks at closing time in north? Car jackings are a daily occurrence now. Happens daily in Dinkytown. Enough that a friend who’s 25 and went and laughed at buildings burning during the riots, now is moving from Dinkytown because she doesn’t want to lose her car, phone, purse, and maybe life, and no she’s not a student.

Whoa!

Robbing a store? I've never even heard of that happening before!

What kind of post-apocalyptic wasteland is Chanhassen, anyway?!?!

*****************************

In all seriousness, this is a property crime - that is, the destruction or theft of property entailing no threat to the property's owner (yes, that is the actual FBI definition). Anyway, here in the real world Minnesota ranks below the U.S. average in property crimes. Not as good as the Northeast, of course, which routinely has the lowest crime rates of all sorts in the nation. But much better than the South and West.

Actual data:
https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s...tables/table-4

I know this comes as a disappointment to those whose hobby is the (one-handed) posting of any crime that occurs in any place that tends to vote in ways that upset said posters. C'est la vie.

A Target store got robbed, and it's all liberals' fault?

The fact that now the robber will most likely get away with it IS the liberals fault. Minneapolis is just 1 tiny step away from instituting LA's moronic law where the cops do nothing if the $ figure is less than $ 1000.

The police department by ALL reporting in Minneapolis is now horribly understaffed and pretty much neutered from enforcing many laws thanks to your liberal idiots in charge.

Oh yes, it IS the liberal's fault.

The Chanhassen robbery is just a continuation of the Twin Cities crime wave that started in the Spring of 2020.

We don’t like crime coming out here. You may think it’s nothing but for people who want to raise a family in safe neighborhood, it’s kinda of big deal. Keep the liberal trash in Minneapolis please.

The OP story wasn't officially reported by local media. All replies to it are just crime reports and political rants.
