I am looking at houses in the Watertown area and work in Eden Prairie right by Bryant Lake Park. During normal rush hour traffic how long of drive will this be? Is 45 minutes a good estimate and with possibly an hour during snowy conditions? Thank you!

I can't comment on specifics but I'll say during snowy conditions all bets are off depending upon when the snow hits.

a couple times my 12 mile commute took over an hour to get home. it just depends. but obviously that is the exception rather than the rule.

It looks like about a 3 1/2 hour commute from Watertown SD to Eden Prairie. Fortunately it's a straight shot.

Glad to help.

Yes, this is doable in about 40 minutes during rush hour.

And depending on your type of work, a good amount of office jobs now encourage WFH during snowstorms.
