Folks
For those of you who own a rental property/vacation home, how much business do you get?

If I invest in a vacation condo somewhere, say Mille lacs area, would it be profitable to rent it out? The idea is to reserve some time for myself and then rent it out the rest of the time.

Talk to one of the property management companies up there to get their opinion on how booked a place in a particular area would be during the winter. I know when there is snow, snowmobilers rent out places. I'm not sure about the rest of the winter.
