I grew up down in Harrisville and moved to Phoenix for most of my adult life and then back here again. What I have found is its kind of a great in between. Not too loud, not too quiet. Doesn't get hammered with rain and snow like other parts of the state. Has a pretty good local economy with some larger corporations. My kids seem to love it here too and the schools cater to them very well.
