I was reading through the other thread about people who should not be thinking of moving to Miami and started thinking if these are the people who should not be thinking of moving to Miami then who should??

After all some of the people posting who live in Miami are not leaving. So what type of people do you want to move here. Since many people seem to blame most of the problems of Miami on the people here and not the actual geographical location why would you not want educated, respectful, diverse, compassionate, active, good driving, diverse people with children to actually move here?

I can understand if you bought a Toyota and the car accelerated rapidly almost killing you so you warned others not to buy it. But why advise good people not to move to Miami when you think the problem with Miami is that good people don't live here?

WHO should think of moving to Miami?

IMHO...... anyone with lots of money, who speaks and understands Spanish, and does not get frustrated when driving in high traffic with people prone to road rage. Anyone who loves to sweat in the summer, not concerned with hurricane threats or an actual hurricane hit and the devastation of the aftermath. Anyone who doesn't mind living around people who are not friendly ~ among many who are actually rude.

P.S. Of course, there are some very intelligent, good people living in Miami. Most likely they have a vested interest (financially) or have a business and cannot relocate because of it. Just my humble opinion based on 30+ years of living in Miami-Dade
